Nancy Lewis, one of our dedicated Customer Service Representatives was recently honored with the Warrior Helmet. Jack Kramer, our Assistant Facility Manager in Smock, passed the helmet off to Nancy, saying she showcases two of our core values, including customer service and teamwork daily. At COE, we are certainly blessed to have so many hard-working team members that do their best for the customer every single day. What does winning the warrior helmet mean to you?

I am honored to be chosen by Jack, and it was very unexpected. I just come in and try to do the best I can do for the company and my customers.

What did you or what do you look for when it comes to choosing the next recipient?

I am looking for someone who is a team player and who has the best interest of the company and our customers in mind.

How has COE helped you to get where you are?

COE has helped me get to where I am by putting programs in to place that allow us the chance to grow.

What is your favorite part of our employee engagement programs at COE and why?

All parts of the employee engagement programs are my favorite!

What are you most excited for when it comes to our Penguin partnership?

I love the Penguins so I would say going to the games.
