What does winning the warrior helmet mean to you?

It is an honor to know that a co-worker observes and appreciates what I do on a daily basis at work.

What did you or what do you look for when it comes to choosing the next recipient?

I will look for a strong work ethic.

How has COE helped you to get where you are?

COE gave me an opportunity to prove to the company and myself that I can step outside my box and be successful.

What goals do you want to achieve and how can COE help get you there?

My goals are to work for a top-rated company that cares about its employees. I will also continue working and respecting others.

What is your favorite part of our employee engagement programs at COE and why?

This is an engagement that is peer-to-peer and not upper management making the decisions. I feel honored to work with great peers, and to be recognized for my everyday work, is an honor.

What are you most excited about when it comes to our Penguin partnership?

The partnership with the Penguins is really cool, and to be part of that as an employee of COE is an honor. However, receiving the helmet is a huge honor and I am excited to now be a part of the growing list of recipients.

What COE value do you think you’re the strongest in and why?

I feel that I am strongest at Teamwork because I do not know how to say no! I will jump in and assist anyone on the team and do anything they need help with.
